Assigned Oral Care Specialists

Each dependent adult is paired with a certified oral care specialist who delivers weekly preventive services. Our specialists bring years of clinical dental experience, with some holding Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentials, ensuring comprehensive oral health assessments and care.

Certified Caregivers with Liability Insurance

All our specialists are certified caregivers with the American Caregiver Association and carry liability insurance, allowing them to safely provide oral care in nursing facilities.

Weekly Services for Optimal Oral Health

Our specialists perform the following services to ensure your loved one’s oral health:

🔹 Antimicrobial Oral Rinse – Kills bacteria for a cleaner, healthier mouth.
🔹 Biofilm Removal – Brushing and interdental cleaning to remove plaque buildup above the gum line.
🔹 Fluoride Application – Strengthens teeth and protects against cavities.
🔹 Cleaning of Oral Appliances – Ensuring dentures and other appliances remain hygienic.
🔹 Oral Health Assessment Tool Completed Each Week (OHAT) – Regular evaluations to monitor and track preventive oral health status.
🔹 Family Communication & Documentation – Detailed visit notes sent upon request; any concerns are promptly reported for further evaluation.
🔹 Fresh Oral Care Supplies – New toothbrushes, toothpaste, and interdental aids provided at each visit.

We maintain detailed documentation for every visit. Upon request, a copy is sent to the family, and any significant findings are promptly reported.
